Indulge at Wilderness Grove.....
As a fully operating olive grove our guests have the unique opportunity to sample the delicacies on offer. On arrival your complimentary wine and grove platter will allow you to sample the fruits of the trees you overlook from your suite and other Hunter Valley specialties. At harvest time guests are given the chance to pick olives and learn how to prepare them for the table.
