Inclusions
All tariffs include breakfast daily – Continental Breakfast (Mon – Fri) and Hot Country Breakfast (Sat/Sun). Two night stays include complimentary wine and antipasto platter on arrival. All tariffs include decanter of port and chocolates in room.
Checking In & Out
Check in is from 2pm daily. Check out is at 10am. Alternate check-in and check-out times by arrangement.
Additional Guests
Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate additional adults in each suite. We can accommodate 1 child per suite in either a cot or roll-away bed
MID WEEK ONLY. Whole house bookings 2 roll-away beds maximum.
- Cot $50 per night (including linen)
- Roll-away bed - $50 per night (including linen)
Payment & Cancellation Policy
- All tariffs are valid to 31st December 2007 and include GST.
- A 50% deposit is payable at time of reservation to confirm booking. We regret that accommodation cannot be confirmed without deposit. Bookings made within 48 hours of arrival will require a 100% deposit to confirm booking.
- Per Suite Bookings - A full refund of deposit will be given if you have to cancel your stay 2 weeks or more prior to your arrival date (or we can credit you on future accommodation if you would prefer). Please note that we are unable to refund deposits on cancellations received within 2 weeks prior to your arrival. We are however happy to provide you with a credit against future accommodation. Non-arrivals or cancellations received within 48 hours from arrival will incur the full accommodation fee (this includes stand-by bookings). A $25 cancellation fee will apply to all cancellations.
- Whole House Bookings - A full refund of deposit will be given if you have to cancel your stay 4 weeks or more prior to your arrival date (or we can credit you on future accommodation if you would prefer). Please note that we are unable to refund deposits on cancellations received within 4 weeks prior to your arrival. We are however happy to provide you with a credit against future accommodation. Non-arrivals or cancellations received within 48 hours from arrival will incur the full accommodation fee (this includes stand-by bookings). A $25 per suite cancellation fee will apply to all cancellations.
